You already sell online, through messages and wherever your customers find you. Zoctus turns that into a proper store, your way: with or without shipping, with or without online payments. We guide every step and take care of the technical and legal side. You bring the products. We bring the rest.

It's how a lot of small businesses start selling online. It works, but sooner or later you want it organized and truly yours.
Custom colors, logo and style. Customers see your brand, not ours.
Everything boring, technical or legal goes to Zoctus. You only think about products and customers.
Your store gets its own web address (something like yourshop.zoctus.com), with nothing to buy or configure.
Your store is always online, fast, no servers to manage. Works in Portugal, works anywhere.
Green padlock in the browser, protection against attacks, automatic backups. You don't have to touch a thing.
Data requests, cookie consent and customer rights handled inside the platform. You don't have to worry about the technical side.
Online via Stripe (card, MBWay, Multibanco) or on pickup (customer pays you directly in cash, MBWay or card). You enable whichever makes sense.
Terms, privacy policy, returns and the complaint book link. Included and ready to use.
New features land in your store on their own. No maintenance windows, no migrations, no headaches.
Real people on the other side. We reply as fast as we can, no bots passing the problem along.
No structure, no logistics, no online experience required. Zoctus shapes itself around what you already have, and you choose how far you go.
You showcase products online, the customer orders and picks up at your place. No shipping, no carriers, no logistics. You sell with what you already have.
You accept online payments, receive the order, and ship at your own pace. Setting shipping methods and timeframes is simple.
You use Zoctus as a digital storefront. Customers see what you have and contact you directly. No cart, no online payment. Just visibility.
You create a private store. Only people you approve can see your products and place orders. Perfect for resale, wholesale or business clients.
Daily orders and pickup
Your shelves, online
Handmade, made visible
Your collection, your store
Products your clients love
Sell with pickup only, ship when you want, or just show a catalog. Open to the world or private for invited clients. However you sell today, Zoctus fits.
Everything together, so you're not juggling a dozen apps or piling up subscriptions.
Photos, prices, variants, categories. You organize the catalog your way.
Clear statuses, automatic or manual approval. You decide.
Online, on pickup, or both. Card, MBWay, Multibanco.
Set methods by region or offer store pickup.
Always know what you have. Movements in and out, full history of every change.
Team, customers and permissions in one panel.
Products, orders and settings, all in one simple panel.
Colors, logo and theme. Your store with your identity, not ours.
Percentage, flat value, expiry date and usage limits.
The management dashboard, the storefront from the customer's view, and everything on mobile too.

To run a proper online store, you'd have to take care of all of this on your own or pay someone to do it for you.

None of this. You focus on your products and customers. The rest is handled.
You'll see these names everywhere. Here's what each one actually means for you.
We never touch your money nor your customers' cards. Stripe is the world's largest company doing this, regulated by European banks.
Bot attacks and attempts to take your store down are blocked before they reach it. You don't have to do anything.
That's the green padlock next to the address in the browser. It means everything the customer types is scrambled between their device and your store.
When a customer asks to see or delete their data, it's handled. The European personal-data rules are baked into the platform.
Names, emails and addresses are stored in a form nobody can read without the key. Including us, even if someone tried.
Zoctus speaks Portuguese and English. The dashboard, the store, everything translated. More languages are on the way.
Yes. Zoctus adapts to what you already have. If you have a physical space, customers can order online and pick up at the shop, no shipping and no carriers. If you only want to show what you sell, use it as a digital storefront. You start with what you have.
No. Zoctus was built for anyone. You don't need any programming, design or IT skills. You follow the steps and the platform guides you through.
Yes. You use Zoctus only to display products, with online payments turned off. Customers browse the catalog and contact you directly to order.
No. The store lives on our servers with its own web address (yourshop.zoctus.com). You don't buy anything extra.
Yes. You can make the store private. Only the users you approve can see your products. Ideal for wholesale or specific customers.
Two ways. Online: the customer pays in the storefront (card, MBWay, Multibanco) via Stripe, securely. On pickup: the customer pays you directly when collecting, however you agree (cash, MBWay, card on your terminal, bank transfer). You enable one, the other, or both at the same time.
On pickup sales, you receive directly from the customer and Zoctus takes nothing. On online sales, Stripe processes the payment (charges its usual rate, around 1.4% plus a small fixed amount) and Zoctus adds a small percentage on top, between 1% and 2% depending on the plan. Everything else is yours, transferred to your bank account at the schedule you choose.
Yes, when applicable. Zoctus keeps the order data so you can issue invoices in your usual billing software. The tax obligation is yours, as in any sale.
Zoctus ships with a base returns policy you can adapt. The customer files the request in their account and you approve or refuse. All tracked, no lost messages.
Yes. No lock-in. You cancel your subscription whenever you want. The store stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
You start with what you have. Phone photos work for most businesses. When you can level up, you do. Zoctus doesn't require professional photos to start selling.
No. When you create your store, it starts in setup mode. Only you and your team can see it. You have all the time you need to add products, set up payments and customise. You only publish when you're ready.
