Yes, any time. You upgrade and the change is immediate. You downgrade and it kicks in next month.
It depends. On pickup sales (customer pays you in cash, MBWay or card directly) Zoctus takes nothing. On online payments Stripe processes the payment (charges its usual rate, around 1.4% plus a small fixed amount) and Zoctus adds a small percentage per plan: 2% on Starter, 2% on Pro, 1% on Ultra. Everything else is yours.

Yes. No lock-in and no penalty. Your store stays active until the end of the period you've already paid.
